NanoSAM

nanoSAM In collaboration with ZEISS and Omicron and under a grant of the German Ministery of Research (BMBF) we have developed an ultra high vacuum compatible SEM column. The column, which makes use of ZEISS's Gemini principle, is used for Omicron's NanoScanLab solutions.
